What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is building genuine connections and being part of someone’s journey. It’s incredibly rewarding to support people to live life on their own terms, celebrate their wins, and bring a little positivity into their everyday lives.
What experience or passion led you to work in disability support?
I’ve always been someone who values kindness, empathy and making others feel seen and supported. Over time, I found myself drawn to roles where I could help people feel more confident, independent, and included. And that’s what led me into disability support.

I enjoy exploring new places, staying active, learning new things, and spending time with my loved ones.
